Coffman Development Group is a commercial real estate developer based in South Easton, MA. For over 40 years Coffman has developed and managed commercial real estate projects for our clients in Boston, New England, and throughout the USA.
Coffman Development Group has completed over 100 development projects, and currently has several projects in the permitting and construction stages.

Our Story
Coffman Development was founded and has been run by the Coffman family for three generations.
Our roots date back to Max Coffman, who sold a successful New England retail chain in 1977 and became involved in commercial real estate. Max’s son Jeff Coffman founded Coffman Development in 1980. Jeff, along with his partner Alan Zaff, led the company to become one of the premier retail development companies in the Northeast.
Today, Coffman Development is led by Jeff’s sons Jonathan and Michael Coffman. They have further diversified the firm to include mixed-use and multifamily development projects.
Our company has been around for 40+ years and three generations. In that time we have stuck around for one reason, our track record of results.
At Coffman Development we measure results a little differently than other development companies. To us, results are more than the 100+ developments we have completed for our clients.
